ORDINANCE NO. 2016-005 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, <br /> SECTION 1315.01, THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br /> OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> RELATING TO THE REZONING OF PROPERTIES <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS <br /> THAT THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, AS <br /> DESCRIBED IN SECTION 1315.01 IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The official Zoning Map in Chapter 13, Section 1315.01 of the Arden <br /> Hills City Code has been amended to indicate that the following described properties have been <br /> rezoned to the CD (Conservation District): <br /> The properties are identified as 0 County Road I W (PID 093023110002); 1661 Highway 96 W <br /> (PID 093023420001); 1661 Highway 96 W (PID 163023110002); 1661 Highway 96 W (PID <br /> 163023440003); less the Rice Creek North Regional Trail Parcels A, B, C, and D as depicted on <br /> the Certificate of Survey dated 5-18-15 on file with the City of Arden Hills. <br /> SECTION 2. The official Zoning Map in Chapter 13, Section 1315.01 of the Arden <br /> Hills City Code has been amended to indicate that the following described properties have been <br /> rezoned to the POS District (Parks and Open Space District): <br /> The properties are identified as The Rice Creek North Regional Trail Parcels A, B, C, and D as <br /> depicted on the Certificate of Survey dated 5-18-15 on file with the City of Arden Hills; and <br /> 1900 County Road I W (PID 093023220001) less the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br /> Facility adjacent to the Rice Creek North Regional Trail area. <br /> SECTION 3. The official Zoning Map in Chapter 13, Section 1315.01 of the Arden <br /> Hills City Code has been amended to indicate that the following described properties have been <br /> rezoned to the CC District (Civic Center District): <br /> The properties are identified as 1900 County Road I W (PID 093023220001) less the Rice Creek <br /> North Regional Trail area; 5400 Old Highway 8 (PID 093023220003); and 5420 Old Highway 8 <br /> (PID 093023220004). <br /> SECTION 4.
