CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, <br /> MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO.2016-005 <br /> On the 28th day of March, 2016, <br /> the Arden Hills City Council adopted <br /> Ordinance No.2016-005,and by the <br /> four affirmative votes pursuant to <br /> Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, the <br /> Arden Hills City Council directed that <br /> a Summary of Ordinance 2016-005 <br /> be published. <br /> Ordinance 2016-005 is entitled <br /> "An ordinance amending <br /> Chapter 13, Section 1315.01, <br /> the official Zoning Map of the <br /> Arden Hills City Code relating <br /> to the rezoning of properties". <br /> The primary purpose of the <br /> amendment is to rezone the <br /> property/parcels located north <br /> of Highway 96 West, south <br /> of County Road I West, east <br /> Interstate 35W & Highway 10, <br /> and west of Lexington Avenue <br /> North to correspond with the <br /> Future Land Use Map.Minnesota <br /> State law mandates that local <br /> zoning codes be consistent with <br /> adopted comprehensive plans. <br /> The rezoning to Conservation <br /> District, Parks and Open Space <br /> District,and Civic Center District <br /> would help the City meet this <br /> requirement. <br /> A full copy of Ordinance 2016-005 <br /> is available for inspection by any <br /> person during regular business hours <br /> at the office of the City Administrator, <br /> 1245 West Highway 96,Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota 55112.The Ordinance is <br /> also available online at htt 7//www <br /> cVotardenhill%=. <br /> (Bulletin:Apr.6,2016) <br />
