• Trail Update <br /> I. New Trails in 2003 <br /> a. Tony Schmidt Park Underpass to connect with Chatham Trails. <br /> b. Highway 96 - south side from Lexington Avenue to North Heights Lutheran Church <br /> entrance. <br /> c. Hamlin Avenue—part of the Ingerson neighborhood street project. Hamline will be <br /> vacated and a trail from Ingerson to Crepeau Park will be developed. <br /> d. Corner of Cleveland Avenue and County Road E2—as part of the new development <br /> on that corner, trail heads (a section of trail),will be built on County Road E2 and <br /> Cleveland Avenue. The trail heads will lead to future trail expansion. <br /> e. Cummings Park Drive—part of the Guidant expansion. The street will be <br /> reconstructed and a trail leading to Cummings Park will be added to the north side of <br /> the new street. <br /> II. Possible New Trails in 2003 <br /> • a. Corner of Cleveland Avenue and County Road D—as part of the new development <br /> on that corner, trail heads (a section of trail)will be built on County Road D and <br /> Cleveland Avenue. The trail heads will lead to future trail expansion. <br /> b. Widen the bridge on County Road E over Highway 51 in order to hold a six foot wide <br /> trail. The trail will run along side the south side of County Road E from the bridge to <br /> Lindey's Park(located on County Road E and Old 10). <br /> III. New Trails in 2004 <br /> a. Projects not completed in 2003 will be completed in 2004. <br /> b. Old 10—from Lindey's Park south to Highway 51. As part of the road <br /> reconstruction, a new trail will be built. <br /> • <br />
