These two tasks, however, are ongoing and will be included in the 2006 <br /> ork Program. Under Special Projects, the Commission participated in formulating the draft system plan. <br /> Other efforts under Special Projects are ongoing in nature. Annual Activities are also ongoing in nature and <br /> will be included in the 2006 Work Program. <br /> The Commission also recommended adding the Active Living Ramsey County program to the 2006 Work <br /> Program. <br /> Staff was asked to incorporate elements of the Department's 2006 Work Program that warrant Commission <br /> review and involvement into a draft 2006 Work Program for the Commission's review in February. <br /> The Commission also discussed putting together a "State of the Parks" Report for presentation to the <br /> County Board in 2006. <br /> DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br /> Greg Mack stated that he has met with the Metropolitan Council Open Space Commission to discuss funding <br /> priorities and the procedure by which those priorities are set. The current reimbursement policy in effect <br /> allows larger agencies to buy priority for their projects.
