Vj <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />4364 WEST ROUND LAKE ROAD <br />ARDEN HILLS, MN 55112-5794 <br />December 11, 2000 <br />Ms. DeAnn Werner <br />3390 New Brighton Road <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br />Dear DeAnn, <br />Thank you for your letter of December 7, 2000, concerning the possible future replacement of <br />the play structure at Sampson Park. <br />I called on Friday, December 8, 2000, and left a message on your answering machine, but I <br />would like to also follow up with this letter. <br />The play structure at Sampson Park is scheduled to be replaced in 2001; however, the 2001 <br />• Budget has not been approved. <br />The color of the play structure will be Tan & Green, same as the City's. If a third color is <br />needed it will be muted or pale in nature, in order to blend in. Examples of this color <br />combination may be seen at the following Arden Hills Parks: Ingerson, 3255 North <br />Lexington Avenue, and Arden Oaks, 1413 Arden Oaks Drive. Both neighborhoods are <br />pleased with the color pattern. <br />• <br />If you would like to solicit opinions from your neighbors, please feel free to do so.
