w <br />Staff also reported on the fall statistics. We are taking a look at the classes that do well and the <br />ones that were cancelled. We are now trying out a new idea. Skyhawks (programs) for kids will <br />be teaching all of the After School Sports classes this spring. <br />Jim Crassweller did bring up the question that perhaps we need to find our focus. Are 48 classes <br />too much, is it focused enough? <br />Staff did report that evaluation of programs is ongoing. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Staff reported that we are beginning the year with a $30,000 deficit due to Charitable Gambling <br />donations being reduced.
