When the replacement structure is built, it will be constructed <br />near the manager's building on the area with the best soils. <br />II CURRENT STATUS/PROJECTED SCHEDULE <br />IIPoor soil conditions cause the cement and the entire structure to heave. Drainage within the park is a <br />major problem. The owner of Arden Manor really needs to address this issue. <br />11 RELATIONSHIP TO EXISTING PLANS AND OTHER PROGRAMS <br />If the Arden Manor owner/manager improves the park drainage, the use of the entire park would <br />increase. <br />
