The compatibility of the proposed use with the natural features and <br />recreational amenities of the Parks and Open Space District area. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Development Standards. If the City determines in its review of site and <br />building plans for developments within the District that the protection of natural <br />features requires certain performance standards, the City may require additional <br />development standards to protect those features. <br /> <br />1320.15 Special Requirements for the Conservation District. (added11/25/13) <br /> <br />Subd. 1 Procedure. The application and the administrative and review procedure <br />established in Section 1355.04, Subd. 3, Conditional Use Permits, shall be followed <br />for all development that requires a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Subd. 2 Permitted Uses. Permitted uses are allowed as specified on the Land Use <br />Chart, Section 1320.05. The following uses are also permitted: <br /> <br />A. Any facility, building, or structure controlled by either the Minnesota <br />National Guard or Army Reserve located on the Arden Hills Army Training <br />Site. <br /> <br />B. Any use or activity carried out by either the Minnesota National Guard <br />or the Army Reserve on the Arden Hills Army Training Site. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
