That the accessory structure shall be permitted to encroach five (5) feet into the side <br />yard setback along the east property line. <br />3. That the accessory structure shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet in height. <br />4. That a permit for the construction of the accessory structure/garage and a permit for <br />the construction of the driveway shall be required. That the structure shall conform to <br />all other regulations in the City Code. <br />5. That the exterior façade of the new accessory structure shall match the color and <br />materials on the existing single family dwelling on property. Table for additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />Notice <br /> <br />Although a variance does not require a public hearing, a public meeting notice was prepared by <br />the City and mailed to properties within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />Resident Comment <br /> <br />Staff has not received any letters, e-mails, or telephone calls from property owners or residents in <br />regards to this planning case. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on March 3, 2016. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by May 1, 2016 (60 days), <br />unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review <br />period. The City may extend the review period beyond the 120 days, with the applicant’s <br />permission. <br /> <br />
