'!r' <br /> EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2016-025 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> LAYOUT OF INTERSTATE 35W MnPASS PROJECT <br /> SP 6284-172 <br /> WHEREAS,The Commissioner of Transportation has prepared a final layout for state <br /> Project No. 6284-172 in Interstate 35W through the City of Arden Hills for the addition of a <br /> MnPASS lane on both the north and south bound direction and seeks approval thereof, as <br /> described in Minnesota Statues 161.162 to 161.167 and <br /> WHEREAS, said final layout is on file in the Metro District Minnesota Department of <br /> Transportation office; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. That MnDOT will make a conscious effort to allow one exit point on to and off of I- <br /> 35W in Arden Hills during the construction season; and <br /> 2.
