The Master <br />Development Team will be in attendance to further discuss the changes to the TCAAP <br />Redevelopment Code and Regulating Plan that may be required for their proposal. <br /> <br />Stacie Kvilvang of Ehlers, the City’s Financial Consultant, has prepared a memo with additional <br />background information for the discussion. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
