Project Status Memo 1 <br />Date: September 12, 2016 <br /> <br />To: City Council <br /> <br />From: Stacie Kvilvang <br /> <br />Subject: TCAAP Update <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Meetings <br /> <br />• City and County staff, Ehlers, and the Master Developer held their weekly project meeting on <br />September 6th to discuss mass grading and infrastructure for the site. <br /> <br />• On August 29th Council members Grant and Wicklund toured Alatus’s Lattitude 45 project in <br />Minneapolis and toured a for-sale town home site with a product that would be similar to what <br />would be constructed at TCAAP. On August 30th Council members Holden and Holmes <br />completed the same tour. <br /> <br />Communications/Media <br /> <br />• On September 6th, Staff and the City’s Communications consultant met with the communication <br />consultants for the County and the Developer to introduce the parties and to establish a regular <br />monthly meeting for the three parties to discuss and coordinate communication efforts. <br /> <br /> <br />
