Prior to issuing any <br />development permits for the building addition, a PUD and CUP Amendment Agreement is <br />required to be approved and executed. The City Attorney has drafted the required Agreement and <br />the document has been reviewed and signed by Holiday Stationstores, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
