All of these properties are within 350 feet of 1500 Arden Place. 1492 and 1516 Arden <br />Place are the adjacent properties located on either side of the subject property. A copy of each of <br />the support letters have been provided in Attachment H. <br /> <br />The City has not received any public comments opposing the proposed variance. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on August 22, 2016. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by October 21, 2016 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day <br />review period.
