The Owner owns the real property located in Ramsey County legally described as <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Guidant First Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />(“Subject Property”), also referred to as Tax Parcel(s) __________________. <br /> <br />B. The Subject Property shall be assessed costs, fees and charges associated with the <br />removal of the old hydrant and installation of a new hydrant (and related public <br />improvements) approximately twenty (20’) feet away from the existing stub <br />(“Improvements”), in the total amount of Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty <br />and no/100ths Dollars ($12,750.00) (the “Assessment”). <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL COVENANTS <br />SET FORTH HEREIN, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Subject Property is hereby assessed by the City for the Improvements to Tax <br />Parcel(s) 223023430010 in the amount of Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and no/100ths <br />Dollars ($12,750.00). The foregoing amount is assessed against the Subject Property. The <br />assessment is to be applied over a ten (10) year period accruing interest at the rate of four percent <br />(4.00%) per annum. The assessment may be prepaid without interest prior to January 1, 2017. <br />
