III. STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS EVALUATION <br /> Evaluation criteria for the SOQ's will include: <br /> 1. Technical Qualifications <br /> • Organizational structure/approach of firm. <br /> • Availability of technical staff. <br /> • Firm resources/integration of technology. <br /> • Problem solving/innovation/client representatives. <br /> 2. Experience <br /> • Qualifications and expertise/experience of key personnel. <br /> • Demonstrated success/quality of firm's previous and current projects with other <br /> cities. <br /> 3. Personnel <br /> • Size of company and availability of experienced/qualified staff. <br /> • Recognized experts/specialty key personnel. <br /> • Longevity and continuity of key staff. <br /> 4. Firm Reference <br /> • Proven ability to lead and/or work together as a team on projects. <br /> 5. Previous Experience <br /> • Experience with City staff/operations. <br /> • Ability to work with Mn/DOT and Ramsey County, other agencies. <br /> • Proven ability to meet or exceed needs/expectations. <br /> 6.
