F or each <br />successive phase of the redevelopment, a Final Planned Unit Development Agreement is <br />required to be submitted to verify general conformance with the Master Planned Unit <br />Development Agreement and to provide more detailed development plans for the phase to be <br />implemented. <br /> B. On the 6th day of September, 2016, Developer, on behalf of Arden Plaza, <br />submitted an application requesting that the City approve a Final Planned Unit Development <br />(“Application”) for the development of an approximately 4,733 square foot neighborhood <br />medical clinic with a total of 29 parking stalls, located at 1150 County Road E West. <br /> C.
