A mailing has been sent to all residents in the City and <br />information on the event has been posted on the City’s website and Facebook page. <br /> <br />The City’s communications consultant will be in attendance at the work session to provide the <br />City Council with an update on planning efforts for the open house. A copy of the community <br />survey to be distributed at the event will be provided at the meeting for the City Council’s <br />review. <br /> <br />Members of the Master Development Team will be in attendance at the work session as well to <br />present the draft boards that will be used at the different topic stations. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> AGENDA ITEM – 1A <br /> MEMORANDUM <br />
