'I't <br />-ARZEN HILLS <br />Approved: December 12, 2016 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 14, 2016 <br />7:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor David Grant called to order the regular City <br />Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant, Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, and <br />Dave McClung <br />Absent: Councilmember Jonathan Wicklund (excused) <br />Also present: Interim City Administrator and Director of Finance and Administrative <br />Services Sue Iverson; Interim Public Works Director/City Engineer Andy Brotcler; Interim <br />City Planner Eric Lweber; and City Clerk Julie Hanson <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Grant requested Planning Case 16-031 be placed on the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br />2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br />Mayor Grant requested the Cub Scouts in attendance introduce themselves to the City Council. <br />Miles Smith, "Troop #419, introduced himself to the Council and stated he was in attendance to <br />learn about Arden Hills' government and to assist him in earning his Adventure in Boy Scouts <br />Badge. <br />Dillon Marsh, Troop #419, introduced himself to the Council and reported he was working on the <br />same badge. <br />
