CONSENT ITEM – 5D <br />City of Arden Hills <br />City Council Meeting for November 28, 2016 <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />November 28, 2016 <br />Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Sue Iverson, Acting City Administrator <br />Eric Zweber, AICP, Interim City Planner <br />SUBJECT: Planning Case #16-031 <br />Applicant: Land O’Lakes <br />Property Location: 4001 Lexington Avenue North <br />Request: Master Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment and Phase 2 <br />Final PUD Development Agreement <br />Requested Action <br />Motion to approve the PUD Development Agreement, based on the November 14, 2016, City <br />Council approval of Planning Case 16-031. <br />Background <br />On November 14, 2016, the City Council approved Planning Case 16-031 for a Master Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) Amendment Phase 2 Final for the Land O’Lakes consolidation plan <br />located at 4001 Lexington Avenue North. The amendment will allow roof-mounted mechanical <br />equipment to extend eighteen (18) feet above the roof, rather than the fourteen (14) feet, eight (8) <br />inches that was originally approved. <br />The City Attorney has prepared the Master PUD Amendment and the Final Phase 2 PUD <br />Development Agreement (Attachment A). <br />Attachments <br />A.Land O’Lakes - Master Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment and Phase 1 Final <br />PUD Development Agreement
