<br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2016-041 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2017 CITY CONTRIBUTION TO <br />EMPLOYEE MONTHLY BENEFITS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of <br />seven hundred eighty-one dollars and forty-six cents ($781.46) per month, per employee toward <br />bargaining unit employees benefits; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of <br />seven hundred eighty-one dollars and forty-six cents ($781.46) per month, per employee toward <br />non-bargaining unit employees benefits; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve that those employees <br />selecting single coverage will have their remaining dollars after medical and dental premiums <br />capped at $1,650 if hired prior to June 29, 2015 and capped at $500 if hired on June 29, 2015 or <br />after to be deposited in their HSA accounts; <br /> <br />THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby <br />approve the contribution toward bargaining and non-bargaining unit employee benefits as stated <br />above. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />12th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2016. <br /> <br /> _________________________________________ <br /> David Grant, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk
