All data collected and maintained by the City of Arden Hills is <br />presumed public and accessible to the public for both inspection and copying, unless classified as <br />Private, Confidential, Non-public, or Protected Non-public in accordance with federal law, <br />state statute or a temporary classification (Minn. Stat. 13.01). <br />The City of Arden Hills has appointed the following positions to administer this policy: <br />City Administrator <br />Director of Finance and Administrative Services <br />Community Development Director <br />Public Works Director <br /> <br />Other positions responsible for maintenance of City records are as apparent or assigned.
