PIPES 12-INCH TO 60-INCH IN SIZE MUST COMPLY WITH ASTM F2306. <br />3.3. ALL FITTINGS MUST COMPLY WITH ASTM D3212. <br />3.4. WATER-TIGHT JOINTS MUST BE USED AT ALL CONNECTIONS INCLUDING STRUCTURES. <br />4. ALL JOINTS AND CONNECTIONS IN THE STORM SEWER SYSTEM SHALL BE GASTIGHT OR <br />WATERTIGHT (SEE CURRENT MINNESOTA RULES, PART 4714). APPROVED RESILIENT RUBBER <br />JOINTS MUST BE USED TO MAKE WATERTIGHT CONNECTIONS TO MANHOLES, <br />CATCHBASINS, AND OTHER STRUCTURES. <br />5. WATER SERVICE LINES MUST BE INSTALLED AT LEAST 10-FEET HORIZONTALLY FROM ANY <br />MANHOLE, CATCHBASIN, OR OTHER SOURCE OF CONTAMINATION, MEASURED FROM <br />OUTER EDGE OF THE PIPE TO THE OUTER EDGE OF THE CONTAMINATION SOURCE (SEE <br />CURRENT MINNESOTA RULES, PART 4714). <br />6. THE BOTTOM OF WATER SERVICE PIPES LOCATED WITHIN 10-FEET OF THE SEWER <br />CROSSING MUST BE AT LEAST 12-INCHES ABOVE THE TOP OF THE SEWER. WHEN THIS IS <br />NOT FEASIBLE, THE SEWER PIPE MUST BE CONSTRUCTED OF MATERIALS LISTED IN <br />CURRENT MINNESOTA RULES, PART 4714. THE WATER SERVICE SHOULD NOT CONTAIN <br />ANY JOINTS OR CONNECTIONS WITHIN 10-FEET OF A CROSSING. <br />7.
