Joynes, Sr., City Administrator <br />Matthew Bachler, Senior Planner <br />SUBJECT: Resignation of Ed von Holtum <br />Requested Action <br />Motion to accept the resignation of Ed von Holtum from the Arden Hills Economic Development <br />Commission (EDC). <br />Background <br />Ed von Holtum has submitted his resignation from the EDC due to personal matters. As stated in <br />the City Ordinance, the vacant commission position will resume with the term of the resigning <br />commission member. <br />With the acceptance of Mr. von Holtum’s resignation, the EDC will have five members and four <br />vacancies. <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the City Council accept the resignation of Ed von Holtum from the Arden <br />Hills Economic Development Commission. <br />Attachment <br />•Letter of resignation – December 6, 2016
