Joynes, Sr., City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Sue Polka, Interim Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Ramsey Conservation District Shared Service Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />Council Action Requested <br /> <br />City Council is requested to approve the Shared Service Agreement with Ramsey <br />Conservation District for 2017 and authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement. <br /> <br />Discussion/Background <br /> <br />Since 2009 Ramsey Conservation District has been assisting the City with inspections <br />required by the City’s Grading and Erosion Control Permits under Chapter 15, Erosion <br />and Sediment Control Ordinance. The service provided by Ramsey Conservation District <br />has been working very well. <br /> <br />Attached is the Shared Service Agreement between the City of Arden Hills and Ramsey <br />Conservation District to continue this service through 2017. There are no changes to the <br />Agreement from 2016 including the price which is exactly the same per hour. Staff is <br />recommending approval of the Shared Service Agreement for 2017. <br /> <br />Attachment <br /> <br />• Attachment A: Shared Serves Agreement with Ramsey Conservation District <br />
