This concept illustrates a building with a footprint of <br />about 27,600 square feet and a parking lot with 65 stalls (4 handicapped stalls and 61 general parking <br />stalls). <br /> <br />City Hall <br />The current City Hall has 18,500 square feet and Arden Hills has an estimated population of 9,847 <br />residents in 2015. The 1,460 units anticipated within the TCAAP redevelopment would expect to increase <br />the City’s population by 3,500 residents to a total population of approximately 13,347, a 35.5% increase. <br />To accommodate this increased population, it is reasonable to expect that the City Hall would need to <br />expand in proportion with the population. A 35.5% increase in size of the current City Hall would result in <br />a building approximately 25,000 square feet in size. <br /> <br />A new City Hall would occupy almost all of the entire first floor of the building illustrated in the concept. A <br />second story would allow for additional areas for community functions. The second floor would not be
