APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Grant indicated Item 8B was to be removed from the Agenda per the request of the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant requested Items 8D and 8E be discussed after Item 8A. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to <br />approve the meeting agenda as amended.
