ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL – DECEMBER 12, 2016 19 <br /> <br />10. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung thanked Public Works staff for their great work on the watermain <br />break. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes was pleased the TRC was passed this evening. She thanked staff and <br />the developer for their assistance on this document. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden reported the Chair of the Met Council would be speaking to the North <br />Chamber of Commerce Business Council on Wednesday, December 14th at 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant thanked everyone who worked on the TRC, in particular Eric Zweber and Andy <br />Brotzler. In addition, he appreciated the efforts of the developer and Ramsey County. He looked <br />forward to this project moving forward. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant noted committee assignments would be made in January of 2017. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to <br />adjourn.
