Motion to Approve Resolution 2016-045 – 2017 Curbside and Non-Curbside <br />Recycling Fees <br />D. Motion to Approve Personnel Policy <br />E. Motion to Appoint City Clerk as the Responsible Authority and Data Practices Act <br />Compliance Official <br />F. Motion to Approve Data Practices Procedures Manual <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Wicklund seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein.
