ORDINANCE NO. 2017-002 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, <br />SUBSECTION 620.05, OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br />REGARDING ALARM SYSTEMS AND USER FEES; NOTICES <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 6 Nuisances and Offenses, Section 620 Offenses, Subsection 620.05 <br />Alarm Systems, Subdivision 5 User Fees; Notices, subparagraph B., is hereby amended by adding the <br />underlined language as follows: <br />Chapter 6 — Nuisances and Offenses <br />Section 620 — Offenses <br />Q 620.05 Alarm Systems. <br />Subd. 5 User Fees; Notice. <br />B. Upon receipt of a third and all subsequent false alarm reports as to an alarm system, the <br />city administrator shall notify the alarm user and property owner (if different than the alarm user) by <br />certified mail that the threshold number of false alarms has occurred and that the applicable user fee <br />specified has become due and owing. The user fees shall be established from time to time by Council <br />resolution. <br />SECTION 2.
