<br /> 2 <br />494630v2 JSB AR200-17 <br />City and the State may, collectively, after a public hearing, extend the deadlines for the <br />goals described in this clause (b) by up to one year, provided that nothing in this section <br />will be construed to limit the City’s and the State’s legislative discretion regarding this <br />matter. <br />4. All references in the Original Agreement to #CDAP-14-0007-H-FY15 are hereby <br />corrected to #CDAP-16-0008-H-FY16. <br />5. Any capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the <br />meanings assigned to such terms in the Original Agreement. Any references to the “Agreement” <br />or “this Agreement” in the Original Agreement shall refer to the Original Agreement, as <br />amended by this First Amendment, and as may be further amended and supplemented. <br />6. The amendments made to the Original Agreement, as amended by this First <br />Amendment, shall be effective as of the date hereof. <br />7. Except as hereby amended, all other terms and conditions of the Original <br />Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
