191334v1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-006 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statute § 412.851, the Arden Hills City <br />Council has conducted a hearing preceded by two (2) weeks published and posted <br />notice and mailed notice to the abutting property owners, to consider the vacation of <br />a drainage easement located in the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, legally <br />described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and depicted on Exhibit “B” attached <br />hereto; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, following the hearing and consideration of the proposed vacation, the <br />Council has determined that the drainage easement is not needed for public purposes. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills: <br /> <br /> 1. The drainage easement legally described on the attached Exhibit “A” and <br />depicted on Exhibit “B” is hereby vacated. <br /> <br />2.
