Joynes, Sr., City Administrator <br /> Sue Iverson, Director of Finance and Administrative Services <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Appointment of Public Works Superintendent <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />At the February 13, 2017, City Council Meeting, the City Council authorized staff to advertise <br />internally for the vacancy in the Public Works Superintendent position due to the resignation of Ken <br />Novack. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />The City received one internal application for the Public Works Superintendent position. The City <br />Administrator, Director of Finance and Administrative Services and the Public Works Director/City <br />Engineer interviewed the applicant, Jeff Frid. Staff recommends appointing Jeff Frid to the position <br />of Public Works Superintendent. Attached is a copy of his resume for your review. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />1.
