Recommend necessary lift station reconstruction or wastewater main replacements, <br />expansions, and/or extensions. <br /> <br />9.3 Maps and Figures <br />Exhibits including maps and charts of the existing and proposed wastewater demand and <br />infrastructure. <br /> <br />9.4 Goals and Policies <br />Create goals and implementation steps based on wastewater demand and the age and quality of <br />the existing infrastructure. <br /> <br />5.5 Draft and Revision of Wastewater Chapter <br />One draft of the wastewater chapter and one revision to the wastewater chapter. <br /> <br />Cost: $19,000 <br /> <br />Task 10: Implementation Component <br /> <br />10.1 Existing Ordinances and Regulations <br />Compile all appropriate GIS and other data including the Zoning Ordinance, City Code, Fee <br />Schedule, Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). <br /> <br />10.2 City Code Implications <br />Provide recommendations on zoning districts, rezonings, development fees and CIP amendments <br />to implement the goals and implementation steps from the land use chapter. <br /> <br />10.3 Land Use and Zoning Intersection <br />Exhibits including charts of zoning district standards and the existing zoning map. <br /> <br />10.4 Goals and Policies <br />Create goals and implementation steps for implementation based on the community vision, the <br />meetings and feedback gathered during Task One and with Planning Commission and City <br />Council assistance. <br /> <br />10.5 Draft and Revision of Implementation Chapter <br />One draft of the implementation chapter and one revision to the implementation chapter. <br /> <br />Cost: $3,900 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
