ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION — MARCH 20, 2017 7 <br />Councilmember McClung said he saw there is a decommissioning ceremony for Station 1 at <br />6:00 on the first Monday of May, and wondered if it could possibly be changed or the JDA <br />meeting time be changed. <br />Mayor Grant mentioned that he participated in a round table discussion with the Chamber of <br />Commerce, along with other mayors. There is a program that he thought was called Home First <br />that we may want to look in to for home maintenance. <br />Senior Planner Bachler stated that Bremer Bank has officially withdrawn their application. <br />Lexington Station has submitted plans for the amendment to the master plan and for phase two of <br />the development. He anticipated this application would be on the Planning Commission agenda <br />April 5, and should be before the City Council on April 24. <br />Mayor Grant reminded everyone that the Council retreat will be Saturday, March 25, 8:00 a.m. <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Sue Polka said the paperwork was submitted for the <br />bridge grant for Snelling Avenue last year, we are on a list and waiting to hear if the legislature is <br />going to fund the bridges. <br />Mayor Grant noted that a sale is pending for Station 1. <br />ADJOURN <br />Mayor Grant adjourned the City Council Work Session at 7:50 p.m. <br />David Grant <br />Mayor <br />
