ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — MARCH 13, 2017 5 <br />MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to adopt Resolution No. 2017-006 to Vacate a part of the Drainage <br />Easement granted to the City of Arden Hills and recorded as Document No. <br />2671697 on the Boston Scientific campus, located at 4100 Hamline Avenue <br />North. The motion carried (3-0). <br />8. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Consider Proposal from WSB & Associates to Complete the 2040 <br />Comprehensive Plan Update <br />This item was moved to the Consent Agenda. <br />9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />None. <br />10. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />Councilmember McClung encouraged residents of Arden Hills to participate in the Ramsey <br />County Friends of the Park tree sale. He explained trees could be planted on private property or <br />be donated to a City park. He indicated the tree sale would continue through April 16. <br />Mayor Grant was pleased to see the Tavern Grill was attracting a good number of customers on <br />Friday and Saturday evenings. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to adiourn.
