Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />DATE: April 24, 2017 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />William Joynes, City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Sue Polka, Public Works Director/City Engineer <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Consultant Services for 2018 PMP <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Approve the scope and fee with WSB for engineering/surveying and geotechnical work for the <br />2018 PMP Feasibility Report in the amount not to exceed $41,931 (Attachment A). <br /> <br />Background/Discussion <br /> <br />One item on the agenda is to order the Feasibility Report for the 2018 PMP areas; the Floral Park <br />neighborhood and the Edgewood Estates neighborhood. The report will be completed by WSB <br />with assistance by City staff. WSB will also complete topographic survey, geotechnical <br />investigation, and AutoCAD drawing of preliminary plan sheets. In addition to proposed street <br />reconstruction, sanitary sewer and water main will be evaluated to determine if replacement will <br />be recommended. Storm water improvements will also be considered. <br /> <br />Staff would recommend Council authorize entering into contracts with WSB for services relating <br />to the Feasibility Report preparation for the 2018 PMP areas. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT: <br />A- WSB Scope of Services to Provide Engineering for the 2018 PMP Feasibility Study <br />CONSENT ITEM – 5C <br /> <br /> MEMORANDUM <br />
