Table for additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />Notice <br /> <br />Although a variance does not require a public hearing, a public meeting notice was prepared by <br />the City and mailed to properties within 350 feet of the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Staff received a phone call from the resident at 3511 Siems Court requesting additional <br />information on the proposed location of the new dwelling. The resident did not express support <br />or opposition to the requested variance. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on March 23, 2017. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by May 22, 2017 (60 days), <br />unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day review <br />period.
