Joynes, Sr., City Administrator <br /> FROM: Matthew Bachler, Senior Planner <br /> SUBECT: Planning Case#17-011 <br /> Applicant: Health Partners Medical Group <br /> Property Location: 3930 and 3928 Northwoods Drive <br /> Request: Master and Final Planned Unit Development <br /> Requested Action <br /> Health Partners Medical Group has requested a Master and Final Planned Unit Development <br /> (PUD) in order to complete an 8,531 square foot building addition and to expand the parking <br /> area at their existing medical clinic located at 3930 and 3928 Northwoods Drive. <br /> Background <br /> Health Partners Medical Group has requested a Master and Final PUD in order to complete an <br /> 8,531 square foot building addition at their existing medical clinic. The current building is <br /> approximately 26,537 square feet in size. The addition would be constructed on the western end <br /> of the building and include a new secondary entrance to the clinic. The expansion of the building <br /> will allow for additional primary care providers to be added to the site, as well as specialty <br /> medical providers that are not currently located at the Arden Hills clinic. The proposal also <br /> includes updating the current wall signage and constructing 41 additional parking stalls, most of <br /> which would be located on the north side of the building. <br /> The existing medical clinic was approved through the Site Plan Review process in 1990 <br /> (Planning Case 90-02). There have been no significant modifications to the site since then.
