The City Attorney and staff reviewed the change requested by Roberts
Management and are comfortable with this amount of financial surety for the project. Separate
Letters of Credit are also required for the site and landscaping improvements.
Red Fox Road Improvements
As a condition of approval for the planning case, the Agreement was to address the Developer's
responsibility for the cost of the eastbound right-turn lane at Red Fox Road and Lexington
Avenue scheduled to be constructed as part of the Ramsey County improvement project for
Lexington Avenue. Since this project is scheduled for 2020, there is limited information
currently on the expected overall cost of the project, the City's cost responsibility, and the
specific cost of the right-turn lane. Staff is recommending that the Developer's responsibility for
the turn lane be addressed at a time when more information on the project is known.
Attachments
A.
