APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Mayor Grant recognized the two Proclamations within the Consent Agenda and stated he would <br /> read both Proclamations in full for the record prior to approval of the Consent Agenda. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br /> motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended. The motion carried <br /> unanimously(5-0). <br /> 2. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> None. <br /> 3. STAFF COMMENTS <br /> A. Rice Creek Commons (TCAAP) and Joint Development Authority (JDA)Update <br /> City Administrator Joynes provided an update on TCAAP stating the JDA met last week. At <br /> this meeting, it was reported there were still water contamination issues on the site. These <br /> contamination issues were causing delays with the project and an optimization study would need <br />
