Subd. 7 Off Sale Intoxicating Liquor. The hours of operation and days of sale shall be <br />those set by Minnesota Chapter 340A, as it may be amended from time to time, except that the <br />City Council may, by resolution, ordinance or specific restriction on issued licenses, provide for <br />more restrictive hours than state law allows. <br />SECTION 2.
