<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: June 8, 2016 <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, APRIL 6, 2016 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Chair Roberta Thompson called to order the regular <br />Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present were: Chair Roberta Thompson, Commissioners Brent Bartel, Nick Gehrig (Alternate), <br />Steven Jones, James Lambeth, Phillip Neururer, and Clayton Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner Angela Hames (excused). <br />Also present were: City Planner Ryan Streff; Senior Planner Matthew Bachler; and Council <br />Liaison David Grant. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – APRIL 6, 2016 <br /> <br />Chair Thompson stated the agenda will stand as published. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />March 9, 2016 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to approve the <br />March 9, 2016, Planning Commission Regular Meeting minutes as presented. The motion <br />carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />A. Planning Commission Appointment – Nick Gehrig <br /> <br />City Planner Streff explained that Nick Gehrig submitted an application to be considered for <br />appointment on the Planning Commission as an alternate member. Consistent with the City’s <br />policy on commission and committee appointments, Mr. Gehrig was interviewed by the City. <br />During the Regular City Council meeting on March 28, 2016, the Council unanimously approved
