ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION – April 6, 2016 19 <br /> <br />• Opus Development Company, LLC and Pulte Homes <br />• Ryan Companies and Lennar Corporation <br /> <br />Mayor Grant indicated that the JDA is scheduled to choose a master developer at its regular <br />meeting on May 2, 2016. Staff is working to schedule special JDA meetings in late April for <br />developer interviews and deliberation. Once scheduled, special meeting dates and agenda <br />information will be posted on the City website. <br /> <br />Chair Thompson asked if the interviews would be public or private. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant anticipated these interviews would be private. He noted that the JDA meeting on <br />Monday, May 2nd would be public. <br /> <br />C. Planning Commission Comments and Requests <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman went on record stating he supported organized collection <br />throughout all of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />Chair Thompson encouraged the public to participate in the Friends of the Park tree sale going <br />on now through Friday, April 22. <br /> <br />D. Staff Comments <br /> <br />City Planner Streff encouraged the Planning Commissioners to contact staff if they were going <br />to be unable to attend a future meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Commissioner Jones moved, seconded by Commissioner Zimmerman to adjourn the April <br />6, 2016, Planning Commission Meeting at 8:37 p.m. The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br />
