The proposed Master PUD for the site provides a general plan for the two <br />phased development. Phase 1 of the Land O’Lakes Corporate Headquarters consolidation plan <br />includes the expansion of the south parking lot on the campus and Phase 2 includes the <br />construction of a new four-story office building along with the reconfiguration and expansion of <br />the parking area on the north side of the campus. <br /> <br /> <br />Background/Overview of Request <br /> <br />The Land O’Lakes corporate headquarters has operated in Arden Hills since 1981. The campus <br />operates as a Planned Unit Development originally approved by Conditional Use Permit (CUP), <br />previously known as a Special Use Permit (SUP), in Planning Case 79-004.
