Table: Motion to table Planning Case 16-018 for a Site Plan Review for a Sign Standard <br />Adjustment at 4001 Lexington Avenue North: a specific reason and information request <br />should be included with a motion to table. <br /> <br />Notice <br /> <br />Although a Site Plan Review does not require a public hearing, a public meeting notice was <br />prepared by the City and mailed to properties within 350 feet of the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />Resident Comments <br /> <br />Staff has not received any letters, e-mails, or telephone calls from property owners or occupants <br />concerning this planning case. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on June 9, 2016. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by August 8, 2016 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day <br />review period.
