The temporary structure shall not be attached to other permanent <br />structures. <br /> <br />3. The temporary structure shall only be used for non-commercial <br />purposes. <br /> <br />Subd. 7 Accessory Structures in Exceptional and Unusual Circumstances in all <br />Zoning Districts (revised 2/9/11). Deviations from these requirements may be <br />permitted after Planning Commission review and City Council approval of a site plan <br />in accordance with Section 1355.04 Subd 5 and with documentation showing the <br />unusual circumstances justifying the proposed deviation and plans for the proposed <br />accessory structure. Under no circumstances shall the total floor area of an <br />accessory structure associated with a residential use in the R-1, R-2, and R-3 <br />districts exceed one thousand four hundred and fifty-eight (1,458) square feet without <br />an approved variance that meets the requirements of Section 1355.04 Subd 4. <br />Under no circumstances shall the total floor area of an accessory structure <br />associated with a non-residential us in the R-1, R-2, and R-3 districts exceed two <br />thousand one hundred eighty-four (2,184) square feet without an approved variance <br />that meets the requirements of Section 1355.04 Subd. 4. <br /> <br />Subd. 8. Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings. Pursuant to authority granted <br />by Minnesota Statutes, Section 462.3593, subdivision 9, the City opts-out of the <br />requirements of Minn. Stat. §462.3593, which defines and regulates Temporary <br />Family Health Care Dwellings.
