Recommend Approval as Presented: Motion to recommend approval of Planning Case 16- <br />024 for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Rezoning, and adoption of the TCAAP <br />Redevelopment Code (TRC) as Section 1380 of the Zoning Code, as presented in the <br />December 7, 2016, Report to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />2.
