182485v2 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2016-011 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, OF THE <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE, ZONING CODE <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 13, Section 1315.01, Zoning Map, of the City Code shall <br />hereby be amended to reflect the zoning district designations as shown for the area legally <br />described in Attachment A, commonly referred to as the TCAAP or Rice Creek Commons <br />property. <br />SECTION 2.
