The City has identified certain trail segments that are crucial for <br />developing needed north-south and east-west path connections that are divided <br />by major highways: G, G1, H, I, I1, I2, and I3. In coordination with the capital <br />improvements plan (CIP), the City may benefit from setting specific trail priorities <br />to take advantage of grants, road reconstruction projects, and other opportunities <br />as they arise. <br /> <br />Segment D and E are planned pathways along County Road E2 and a <br />connection through Ramsey County open space from the nearby neighborhood
